Callington Road Hospital formed part of Rydon Constructions £65m PFI contract to supply mental health facilities across the South West.
As part of the maintenance program we were selected to carry out life cycle decoration works.
The works had to be carried out in pre-planned phases within a live environment. All operatives were DBS checked.
